Company History
Mr. Wilkens-Ader LAROCHE and Mr. MARC DONALD SAINT-ANGE have been involved in issues related to quality compliance in corporations in Haiti. Mr. Wilkens-Ader LAROCHE and Mr. MARC DONALD SAINT-ANGE had been aware of a growing need and potential of the Haitian market for the establishment of a quality compliance system for companies. They initiated an organization for the promotion of quality compliance in Haiti; AHMAQ (Haitian Association for Quality Management). In the pursuit of their goal, they established a Management and Consulting company in 2019; LS Management et Qualité Consulting. Following the creation of the parent company in Haiti, the owners of LS Management et Qualité Consulting decided to create a subsidiary in the USA under the name (LS MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONSULTING HOLDINGS CORPORATION) with the aim of expanding business operations in a huge and growing market of USA. Initially focused on quality-related services, the owners plan to extend the company’s business activities to e-commerce
